What happens if I already paid but need to cancel?
Although we do not process refunds, if you need to cancel and reschedule your party, we allow you 12 months to reschedule your date.
Inclement weather forced my party to be cancelled, what now?
In a case of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your party. JMVG will do everything we can to give you as much notice as possible in situations where we feel weather is a factor preventing us from making it to you safely.
I made a deposit, when is my balance due?
Balance’s are due 24 hours prior to your party. If the balance of your party is not received, your deposit is forfeited.
Can we eat or drink inside the gaming trailer?
No food or drink are allowed inside the gaming trailer. Exceptions for bottled water may be allowed.
How is power supplied for my party?
Our gaming trailer is equipped with an onboard generator. If you’re having a foam party, we do require access to a power outlet and water hookup. We will supply hoses and power cables.
I'm having a foam party, what products do you use and will it damage my yard, plants, or animals?
The product we use is hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and free of dyes and perfumes. We’ve done dozens of parties and have never had a report of damage. In case of any irritation, we recommend rinsing thoroughly with water. This DOES NOT apply to Glow in the Dark foam parties.
I'm having a Glow in the Dark foam party, is it harmful?
No! The GID additive is not harmful but it does stain clothing. Usually this washes out in one wash cycle.
How big is your gaming trailer and where will you park it?
Our gaming trailer is approx. 30ft. For safety purposes, we ask that you have 50-60 ft. of flat curb space available near the location of your party.
Does your trailer have wifi?
Because this is a mobile gaming trailer, we do not have onboard wi-fi. Games that are online only are not playable.
My kid is really into a particular game, how do I know if you carry it?
We do our best to carry the coolest games, if we don’t have it, we’ll get it, just let us know ahead of time.
Are there any age restrictions?
Gamers of all ages are welcome, however, we require you provide a chaperone for each gamer 6 years of age or younger. Small children participating in foam with a mixed age group are also required to have a chaperone present.
What are your capacity limitations?
We will accommodate as many gamers inside the trailer up to the weight limit. This includes the equipment within it. JMVG reserves the right to limit the amount of customers inside the trailer at any time out of concern for safety.
